The Watermark is sometimes referred to as a “boutique” styled condo building that went through a lot of renovations in 2005-2006. These include new carpet, wallpaper, lights, and unit door thresholds in all the building's hallways. Each unit received a new front door. All common areas were updated, including new appliances in the entertainment room. The Watermarks style is timeless and very tasteful.  In 2004 all new windows were installed throughout the building.  The Watermark is located directly across the street from Pantoja Park, the oldest city park in San Diego.
