1. The Community Room is available for
Association Meetings and Homeowner Social Functions. NO BUSINESS
MEETINGS ARE PERMITTED. Reservations for the Community Room
may be made at the Watermark Guard’s Desk on a first come, first
served basis. A $250.00 refundable damage deposit is required;
however, the person requesting the room may be assessed additional
charges for damages exceeding the $250.00 refundable deposit.
The Community Room must be cleaned and returned to its’ original
state immediately following the function. Following an
inspection by the Social Committee, the deposit or a portion of it
will be refunded, subject to the condition of the room. Community
Room furnishings should not be removed from the area. Keys for the
storage closet must be returned to the guard the morning following
the event. Otherwise, a key fee may be assessed.
2. Parties of eight (8) of non-residents will
require a reservation with at least one resident present at all
times.
3. Tables and chairs must be returned to the
original set-up. Lights turned off, air conditioning/heat turned
off, windows closed, main door closed, and trash taken to the
dumpster. The storage closet must be closed and locked.
4. Any resident may use the kitchen plates,
utensils, tablecloths, silverware, etc; however, it must be cleaned
and returned to the closet in the original state.
5. The hours for the use of the Deck and Community
Room are as follows:
7:00 am to 12 am Monday thru Sunday.
6. The guard will open the Deck and Community Room
prior to the posted times. The guard will also close the room at the
12 am termination time.
7. Prior reservations preempt general resident use.
Reservations must be made in advance by signing up at the guard’s
desk in a log to request the exclusive use of the Community Room
with a deposit on hold. The request needs to express the time that
the room is needed as well as the termination time to close the
room. A sign will be posted that the room is being held for a
private party.
8. Any Watermark Committee Meeting has to follow the
same procedure to reserve the Community Room. They need to reserve
the room with the log at the guards’ desk and post the time of
meeting and date on the bulletin board at the elevators and garage.
This is to avoid any conflict when a resident has reserved the room
for their use. There will be no fee involved.
